Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference, we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket. 

Please watch this video before submitting a ticket to learn how to use the system.

You can click on the Check Ticket status button to register for an account so you can login and check your status at anytime. This is recommended in case the replies end up in your spam folder.

After issuing a support ticket, please check your spam folder for replies and add the address that the email comes from to your address book. If you have not gotten a reply within 24 hours and you have checked your spam folder please issue a new ticket.
